Note:

Reservation Policy

-A reservation must be requested during business hours Monday-Friday at least 24 hours in advance.
-Reservations may not be made more than 1 week in advance.
-2 hour limit for court reservations.
-Maximum of 2 court reservations per time slot per household.
-Default (“no-show”) time is fifteen (15) minutes after scheduled start time. After this time has expired, the court will be considered unreserved and available for play. Any Pickleball Complex guest passes issued for the reservation will not be refunded.
-No court reservations will be accepted if four (4) courts have been reserved for the same time slot.
-No consecutive time slots may be reserved by the same owner.
-No reservations will be accepted on any court during Resident Open Play.

Guests
-A guest is any non-Resident who uses any part of the Pickleball Complex at the invitation of a Resident host.
-Guests must be accompanied by the Resident host at all times.
-All guests must sign waivers and related documentation as reasonably required by the HOA.
-Guests must follow all laws, regulations, rules and policies applicable to Heritage at Stonebridge and the Common Amenities, including without limitation, all Governing Documents and the Heritage at Stonebridge Code of Conduct.

-No more than 4 guests per household per day in the Pickleball Complex.
-Any non-registered guest found in the Pickleball Complex may be removed.
