A Special Interest Activity (SIA) is a resident-led, recurring group activity—such as poker, crafts, music, arts, or food gatherings—designed to bring neighbors together. Residents wishing to form an SIA must complete the activity form and submit it to the Lifestyle Group/CAC at least 30 days prior to the proposed start date. Approval is required before promotion or hosting. Organizers are responsible for cleaning up after each gathering, and larger groups or activities involving food service or alcohol may require insurance.

Mahjong is an exhilarating, fast-paced strategy game for four players. Race to build your winning hand by drawing and discarding tiles to form four sets and a pair before your opponents do. Experience the excitement of outsmarting your opponents, mastering offense and defense, and seizing the perfect moment to shout, “Mahjong!” Seasoned pro or new and curious this group is happy to receive new opponents and share their knowledge and skills. Come join the fun on Tuesdays at 11am in the clubhouse.
